An RNG (Random Number Generator) creates unpredictable numbers that are used to shuffle all available tickets. In our system, the Ooosch RNG algorithm assigns a random value to every ticket, then the database automatically sorts them based on those values. This process ensures that no pattern can form and that nobody can predict or influence the outcome. As a result, every customer's ticket has exactly the same probability of being selected.
