Game4Hope - Website, Donation & Competition Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 11 September 2026
These Terms govern use of the official Game4Hope landing page, donations made through the page and entry into the Game4Hope prize competition operated through Ooosch.
PART A – WEBSITE & DONATION TERMS
1. About Game4Hope and LGNDS
Game4Hope: The Match4Merseyside brings together football legends, celebrities and entertainment to raise awareness and funds in support of Everton in the Community and Shelter, helping address homelessness, poverty and related challenges.
The television production is produced by LGNDS, the name used in these Terms for:
Legends Soccer Group Ltd
Company number: 14916869
Registered address: Chancery House, 3 Hatchlands Road, Redhill, RH1 6AA
The event is produced by:
Game4Homeless Ltd
Company number: 16727063
Registered address: 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU
LGNDS and Game4Homeless Ltd are respectively a broadcast producer and commercial event producer. Neither is a registered charity.
Their roles include organising and producing the event and broadcast, coordinating talent and production, and promoting Game4Hope and its charitable objectives.
Ooosch is an official sponsor of Game4Hope and provides the official online landing page, competition platform and donation-processing journey for the campaign.
2. The Beneficiary Charities
Game4Hope supports the following charities:
Everton in the Community
Charity name: Everton in the Community
Charity number: 1099366
Company registration number: 04851552
Registered address: Goodison Park, Goodison Road, Liverpool, L4 4EL
Telephone: 0151 319 4018
Email: communitydepartment@evertonfc.com
Shelter
Charity name: Shelter, the National Campaign for Homeless People Limited
Charity number: 263710 (England & Wales) and SC002327 (Scotland)
Company registration number: 01038133
Registered address: 88 Old Street, London, EC1V 9HU
Telephone: 0344 515 2000
Email: info@shelter.org.uk
The charities are responsible for applying the funds they receive in accordance with their charitable purposes.
LGNDS, Game4Homeless Ltd and Ooosch do not determine individual applications for charitable support or deliver the charities' frontline services.
3. The Donation and Competition Platform
Ooosch provides the official online Game4Hope landing page through which members of the public can donate and enter the Game4Hope competition.
Online payments are processed securely by Checkout.com under arrangements approved by LGNDS.
Donations and competition payments are received by Everton in the Community directly or through an authorised payment provider acting on its behalf. LGNDS does not receive or hold individual public donations.
Any additional payment or platform terms relevant to a transaction will be made available during the payment process.
4. How Funds Are Allocated
100% of the money raised through public donations and paid Game4Hope competition entries on this site will be passed to Everton in the Community.
Everton in the Community will then allocate the charitable funds equally:
- 50% to Everton in the Community; and
- 50% to Shelter.
Everton in the Community is responsible for reconciling the funds received and transferring Shelter's 50% share.
Ooosch guarantees and underwrites this arrangement so that 100% of the amount raised through public donations and paid competition entries is made available for charitable distribution. Ooosch will not retain any of these funds.
No part of individual public donations or paid competition-entry proceeds will be retained by LGNDS as profit or used to meet the staging or television production costs of Game4Hope.
Public fundraising income is accounted for separately from sponsorship, hospitality, ticket sales and other commercial event income.
5. Making a Standalone Donation
Standalone donations are voluntary.
Please check the amount and currency before confirming payment and only use a payment method that you are authorised to use.
A standalone donation does not itself purchase admission, hospitality, merchandise, access to a participant or any other benefit.
Where you choose to make a paid entry into the Game4Hope competition instead, your entry will be governed by the Competition Rules in Part B below.
Where Gift Aid is offered, the relevant eligibility requirements and declaration will be explained during the donation process.
6. Donation Queries and Refunds
If you believe a donation was made in error, duplicated or made without your authority, please contact: info@ooosch.co.uk
Please quote your payment reference and do not send full payment-card details by email.
Completed charitable donations cannot generally be cancelled simply because you change your mind.
Refund requests will be considered by Everton in the Community and the relevant payment provider in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
This does not affect any rights relating to an unauthorised or incorrectly processed payment.
7. Changes to Game4Hope
Players, celebrities, performances, timings, broadcast arrangements and other event details may change.
Material changes will be communicated through the official Game4Hope and/or Ooosch channels where reasonably practicable.
A change, postponement or cancellation of the event does not automatically reverse a voluntary charitable donation.
If the intended charitable purpose can no longer be fulfilled, Everton in the Community will deal with the relevant charitable funds in accordance with applicable charity law.
8. Website Content and Use
Reasonable care is taken to ensure that Game4Hope information is accurate and current, but uninterrupted access to the website or the continued accuracy of every item cannot be guaranteed.
Website content, including photographs, footage, logos and branding, belongs to LGNDS, Ooosch or the relevant rights holder.
Official links may be viewed and shared for personal, non-commercial purposes. Other reproduction or commercial use requires the appropriate permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
Users must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access to its systems or payment facilities.
PART B – GAME4HOPE COMPETITION RULES
9. The Promoter
The promoter of the Game4Hope competition is:
Ooosch LTD
Trading as: Ooosch
Company number: 12270012
Registered address: Suite 17 Cornwallis House, Howard Chase, Basildon, Essex, England, SS14
3BB
Ooosch is an official sponsor of Game4Hope and operates the official online competition platform for this promotion.
10. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of Ooosch and anyone directly involved in administering the draws may not enter.
Additional eligibility requirements relating to a particular prize may be stated on the competition page.
11. Competition Period
The competition opens on 11 September 2026.
The final competition closes at 6.45pm on Saturday 26 September 2026.
Earlier prizes have their own entry cut-off dates and times as set out on the competition page.
Entries received after the relevant closing time will not be included in that draw.
12. Paid Entry
Online entry costs £1 per ticket.
Each complete £1 entered through the paid competition route provides one competition ticket.
For example:
- £1 = 1 ticket
- £10 = 10 tickets
- £50 = 50 tickets
- £100 = 100 tickets
- £500 = 500 tickets
The maximum number of tickets per person is 10,000.
The competition may close earlier if all tickets are allocated.
13. Ticket Allocation
Each valid entry will be allocated a competition ticket number.
Ticket numbers will be allocated through the Ooosch competition platform and made available to entrants through their account and/or entry confirmation.
Each eligible ticket constitutes a separate chance of winning.
The relevant draws will take place whether or not all available tickets have been allocated.
14. Free Postal Entry Route
A free postal entry route is available.
Postal entries must comply with the instructions published on the Ooosch Free Entry Route page and must be sent by first- or second-class post to the address stated on that page.
Unless otherwise stated on the Free Entry Route page, each complete and valid postal entry will receive one competition ticket.
Postal entries must be received before the applicable closing date and time for the draw the entrant wishes to enter.
Paid entries and valid free postal entries are treated equally and have the same chance of winning.
Both paid and free entries are included in the same prize-selection process.
Postal entries that are incomplete, illegible, received after the relevant closing time or otherwise fail to comply with the published Free Entry Route requirements will not be accepted.

The final entry cut-off is 6.45pm on Saturday 26 September 2026.
The draw will take place live at Hill Dickinson Stadium immediately after the Game4Hope match and will be shown as part of the live Channel 5 broadcast.
The draw will take place regardless of the number of eligible tickets sold or allocated, provided the competition has not otherwise been cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
18. Range Rover Evoque Prize
The headline prize is:
Range Rover
Model: Evoque
Year: 2022
Colour: White
Approximate retail value: £28,350
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prize does not include insurance, servicing, maintenance or other ongoing running costs.
A winner does not need to hold a driving licence solely in order to win or own the vehicle.
No person may drive the vehicle on a public road unless legally entitled and appropriately insured to do so.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is properly insured, taxed and otherwise road-legal before it is driven.
19. Winning an Earlier Prize
Winning an earlier Game4Hope prize does not remove the relevant qualifying ticket from the final Range Rover Evoque draw.
A ticket that wins hospitality, the training-session experience, the LGNDS VIP Immersive Experience or signed memorabilia therefore remains eligible for the final car draw.
20. How Winners Are Selected
Winners are selected completely at random from all eligible entries in the relevant draw.
Ooosch's live draw system uses its random ball machines, Divock & Delia, to select winning ticket numbers.
Nothing an entrant, employee, sponsor, partner or other person does can influence the outcome of the random draw.
Valid free postal entries and paid entries have an equal chance of winning.
21. Live Draws
Prize draws taking place before Game4Hope will be broadcast live on the Ooosch Facebook and/or YouTube channels.
The final Range Rover Evoque draw will take place live at Hill Dickinson Stadium on Saturday 26 September 2026 immediately following the Game4Hope match and will be included in the live Channel 5 broadcast.
Entrants do not need to be watching a draw live in order to win.
22. Winner Notification
Winners will be announced during the relevant draw and contacted using the contact details associated with their Ooosch account or competition entry.
Winners may be required to provide evidence confirming:
- their identity;
- their age;
- UK residency;
- ownership of the winning entry; and
- compliance with these Terms.
23. Event-Based Prizes
Certain prizes require attendance at Game4Hope or related activities on 25 or 26 September 2026.
Winners are responsible for ensuring that they are available on the relevant date.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, travel, accommodation and personal expenses are not included.
If Game4Hope or an associated activity is postponed or rescheduled, reasonable efforts will be made to provide the relevant experience on the rearranged date or offer an appropriate alternative where possible.
24. Players and Talent
The Game4Hope player and celebrity line-up is subject to availability and may change.
Unless expressly included in a particular prize description, access to or interaction with any particular player, manager, celebrity or other participant cannot be guaranteed.
A change to the event line-up does not automatically entitle an entrant to a refund or replacement prize.
25. Invalid Entries
Ooosch may reject or void entries where it reasonably believes there has been:
- fraud;
- false information;
- automated or manipulated entry;
- use of multiple accounts to evade an entry restriction;
- payment fraud or chargeback abuse;
- an ineligible entrant;
- interference with the competition platform; or
- a breach of these Terms or the Free Entry Route rules.
26. Competition Page
The Game4Hope competition page forms part of these Terms and may set out additional details including:
- opening and closing times;
- prize details;
- draw dates;
- entry cut-offs;
- prize-specific eligibility requirements;
- remaining ticket availability; and
- competition-specific requirements.
If promotional material conflicts with these Terms, these Terms will take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

Updates will not retrospectively alter the charitable allocation of funds already received.
35. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection or other rights an entrant may have to bring proceedings in another UK jurisdiction where applicable.
36. Responsible Participation
Ooosch wants participation in its prize draws to remain enjoyable and affordable.
Only enter using money you can afford to spend. You should not borrow money to enter or use money needed for essential household costs.
