The Star Girl is Just Getting Started.
Tiah-Mai Ayton was born on 21 August 2006 in Bristol — and by the time most children were finding their feet in sport, she was already a world champion. A prodigiously gifted kickboxer and Muay Thai competitor, she was winning British, European and world titles before her tenth birthday. The talent was obvious. What followed was inevitable.
When she turned her full attention to boxing, the sport barely knew what had hit it. In 21 amateur bouts she went unbeaten, winning five national titles and topping off an already extraordinary amateur career with gold at the 2024 World Boxing Under-19 Championships in Colorado. She was 18 years old. Matchroom Boxing's Eddie Hearn had seen enough — watching her spar with WBC female featherweight world champion Skye Nicolson — and signed her to a long-term professional deal in May 2025.
She has made a devastating start to life in the paid ranks. Six fights in, six wins, four stoppages — and a confidence that is growing with every performance. The Star Girl is already turning heads across women’s boxing, and she has barely scratched the surface of what she is capable of.
“I just want to become an undisputed world champion — and going pro is the best way to do it.”
At just 19 years old, Tiah-Mai Ayton is one of boxing's most electrifying prospects — a fighter who combines explosive power, elite technique and an ambition that has been there since before she was even a teenager. The world titles will come. At Ooosch, we're proud to be backing her every step of the way.
